Rocketing into 2013

Longest hiatus from posting ever? Possibly! But, a lot has happened since September.

In September I started my hiatus from my full time job to concentrate on chemotherapy treatments, which were making me way to tired to get anything productive done. How did that go? Well, several rounds of chemo and two surgeries later, I am once again cancer free! Didn't see that one coming last year!

So, what now? Well, I'm still recovering from my last surgery adventure, but hopefully I will be more active again, art wise. I received a Pogo Connect pressure sensitive stylus for my iPad for Christmas, and I love it. Best digital art investment since the iPad and I highly recommend it.

Other than that, who can say? More cool projects await this year, and maybe I will finally get motivated to get some personal projects done that have been floating around.

Ok, enough babble! Happy 2013!

Happy Hobbit Day!

I know it's just hype to sell a movie, but I like it anyway!

Creature From The Black Nebula

New X-Plorers book in distribution!

Just received my copies of the new distribution version of the X-Plorers rulebook, and I happen to think it came out beautifully!

So, get on down to your favorite FLGS and order one up!

I'd be scared, wooden you?

These two look like trouble. This is for one of the upcoming Appendix N Adventures coming from John at Brave Halfling. The rocks, by the way, are in tribute to Larry Elmore, who paints great rocks, in addition to many other things.

2013 OSR Calandar Kickstarter!

Joseph Browning is working on an awesome Kickstarter project that could use your support! Awesome OSR artists such as Peter Mullins and Andy "Atom" Taylor are providing cool artwork, and Joe is letting me crash the party as well! This will be a fun project, but it won't happen without your support! Go here to contribute!

Still moving...

Just a post to point out I'm still around, just busy as all getout! The distribution copies of the X-Plorers book are winging their way to stores and to my mailbox as we speak! I'll post a photo once they arrive. Until then, some Star Trek comedy...
